Principal Maslyar

Hello Kimball High School Community!

I am very happy to be a part of the Kimball High School Community. I have a B.A. in Mathematics and began my teaching career in 1991.  After earning my B.A. degree in Mathematics, I started my journey in education teaching Math at Franklin HS in Stockton before joining Tracy Unified School District in 1993 at Clover MS as an 8th grade Math Teacher.  In 1999 I earned my M.A. in Educational Leadership and began serving as an Assistant Principal at Hirsch Elementary School.  In the Fall of 2000, I took over as interim Principal at Poet-Christian K-8 School and was officially named Principal in May of 2001.  I really enjoyed working with fantastic students and families and a dedicated staff.  After calling Poet home for 22 years, I was excited to head back to high school to work at Kimball High in the fall of 2022.   I found the Kimball HS Community to be a special place.  We have a wonderfully diverse student body and I’ve really enjoyed working with our students.   We also have a top notch, dedicated, and caring staff that works hard to support our students.  Kimball HS has a large number of programs, clubs, events, athletic teams, and activities for students to keep them involved and engaged in school and focused on learning.  From Academics to Sports, our programs offer our students a wide range of opportunities to excel and enhance their educational careers.  I’m very lucky and thankful to be a part of a wonderful team and school community and I’m looking forward to another great year at Kimball.  Go Jaguars!
