The Reopening Task Force has been working with TEA, CSEA, and management consultation teams since May and will continue to meet as changes and new guidance are released from the San Joaquin County Public Health Department Officer, San Joaquin County Office of Education, and California Department of Education
Offices will be open during the summer and will follow social distance guidelines. Anyone visiting one of our offices MUST wear a mask. All guidelines will be posted at each site. If you can handle your needs through phone or email, we encourage you to do so as your first option.
Summer office hours will be as follows:
Tracy, West & Kimball High School Offices:
Office Doors Open Tuesday May 26, 2020 to Friday July 31st, 2020
Elementary and Middle School Offices:
Office Doors Re-Open Monday July 22nd, 2020 to Friday July 31st, 2020
Stein/DR: Closed for summer. Reopens July 28th
Closed for lunch: 12:00-1:00 and 4th of July holiday.
Starting August 3rd schools will be open for their regular scheduled hours.
District Office Open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except July 3-6.
Access to Free Online E-Books During COVID-19 School Closures
Because the order to shut down the schools came after the end of a school day, we were not able to bring students through the libraries to check out as many books as they could carry! Instead, we must rely on books students may have at home, ebooks they can access if they have a public library card (the public libraries are also closed), or free access to ebooks by generous providers...
